Good stuff and great graphics.  I like the theme very much, as well as the portal effects.  I give it an 8 out of 10 overall.  It's moddable with the Doom 3 editor, but there really aren't many tutorials just for Prey yet (though there are plenty for Doom 3).

There is demo available for download, but our computers at work don't have Flash and it's short break - so no more time.

I beat it and it was fun. Although I thought it was kind of racist to Indians. It was hilarious and the game was great. I just thought it was a little ridiculous at points.
